Lynx Advert
Slogan- Even Angels Will Fall
Narrative- It starts with a man spraying his body with the lynx spray giving viewer an idea of what the deodorant bottle looks like. It then went to an outside seen in a public place where beautiful young women that were shown as angel falling out of the sky. After all the angels fell out of the sky they all stood and started walking towards the same place. All the angels smashed their halos due to the man spraying his Lynx deodorant. The angel’s follow the man as it seem as if they are magnetically drawn towards him and the smell.
Camera Work- Medium shot used of the back of the boy starting at the angels falling, this is to help you get the same point of view as the young boy. Close-up shots of the boy watching the angels fall, this is to see his reaction of the situation as it does not normal very take place. Close up shot are used throughout the advert to see the emotion on people faces and to get a clear understanding of the advert.
Soundtrack- Classical Italian music to fit with the surroundings of the advert.
Location/setting- The scene were based in Rome/ Italy.
Editing- Special effect have been used to when the angel fall from the sky and the halo being placed on top of the angels heads.
Sound:
Non- diegetic sound- This is the sound of the classical italian music and the noise of the angel falling on the floor. This is to add a dramatic sound to the advert. It has been done to emphasise the falling of the angel and the music is to set the scene that it has been set in.
Diegetic sound- This is the natural sounding in the advert, this is sounds such as the publics reactions and the cars.
